The house has been fully renovated and is fully equipped, has a Stone Fireplace and sleeper sofa in the family room, covered front porch where you can relax and catch a glimpse of the deer and turkey that frequent the property. The Schaefer House sits on one of the most scenic 65 acres in the Laurel Highlands and the walking trails overlook the most spectacular views of Sugarloaf Mountain! This vacation home is just 1 mile from Ohiopyle State Park which offers Hiking, Biking, Rock Climbing, Whitewater rafting and kayaking. The Schaefer House comfortably sleeps 8. Rates: 2 night minimum, Weeknights $175.00 per night, Friday and Saturday $225.00 per night, Weekly rental $1200.00
We are reconstructing the Orndorf cabin next door and 3 additional timber frame cabins that will be available later this year.
